Thanks to expanded space in the new Norman Hibbard Child Development Center, A&A is currently enrolling new students in early intervention, kindergarten readiness, and young adult programs

We extend our deepest gratitude towards

Holle Family Foundation - for awarding funds to bring our building up to code for our preschoolers
Norman Hibbard - for gifting us a building to expand our BBD program
Wright Hale - for chairing a matching Capital campaign for the Norman Hibbard Project

In 2023, the CDC reported that approximately 1 in every 36 children in the U.S. is diagnosed with an autism spectrum Disorder (ASD).

In Tuscaloosa County alone, there are more than 1,200 children under the age of 18 years,  identified with ASD.

Arts ‘n Autism is an early intervention, after school, and summer camp program designed to meet the special needs of these children.

In 2014, Arts 'n Autism began expanding programming to meet the needs of post high school graduates. This expansion is now  the  LIFEE program designed for young adults ages 18+
